Meet Coach Mac

I'm Coach Mac 👋 and I used to joke that I had a 1-month-on, 3-months-off training schedule.

Firmly believing that More Is Better, I'd go hard with working out 6 days a week until I melted into the couch, incapable in both body and spirit to continue.

That is, until I felt slightly better and got right back into it.

This all-or-nothing cycle yielded little to no progress with my body for years, making me feel like a weak little virgin putting the disco in discombobulated 🕺🪩

Something had to change, because this is a wildly unacceptable ROI for what I felt was constant mental and physical effort.

Through years of formal education, rabid self-experimentation, and coaching people to long-term transformations, I saw firsthand that the backbone of ANY fitness routine is the ability to be consistent over years and decades
